Loretta Feller is a mediator with expertise in employment law. Now in private practice, she initiated the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program at the Cleveland District Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
She served both as a mediator and the coordinator of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program in the Cleveland EEOC office until 2012.
Under Ms. Feller’s leadership, the Cleveland ADR Program earned two Chair’s Opportunity to Reward Excellence awards, the Commission’s highest honor. Ms. Feller also received a Heroes of Reinvention award and a Wings of Excellence award from the Cleveland Federal Executive Board.
